Monitoring of public support for agricultural producers in Germany and Kazakhstan

The goal is to study the experience of developed countries and possibility adapting mechanism public support for domestic agricultural sector. Methods – analytical, economicstatistical, comparative analysis. In work, authors show government regulation in Germany, present results implementation State programs. Results studies confirm that European management agro-industrial complex carried out according a clearly defined model production development. EU identifies two main areas financing producer, which contribute increased competitiveness agriculture world market, protecting environment rural areas, improving quality life stimulating employment. Agricultural Fund Rural Development annually allocates about 1.35 billion Euros German entities. Conclusions Kazakhstan, not all programs aimed at increasing level entities are sufficiently effective. One reasons their planning indicators activities does meet current tasks. Thus, decisive moment effective use funds allocated amount subsidies, but more accurate, targeted measures allocation development infrastructure activities. This especially needed conditions EAEU, when number obligations on achievement its have been adopted.
